PRODUCTION
With our modern and diverse machinery, our highly qualified employees realize a variety of technical challenges. Our production processes are capable of processing all microfiber materials made of polyester, nylon, acrylic or even cellulose. We master all textile manufacturing and joining processes of knitting, warp knitting, weaving, tufting, carding, sewing as well as the production of nonwovens.
Globally, we manufacture in affiliated companies within the EU and China. Our products belong to the respective world reference classes.

Deliveries without limits
The specific requirements of our customers in terms of delivery frequencies, batch sizes and order picking are demanding. Together with our customers, our team develops customized logistics concepts. We accompany you from the factory via sea, land or air, customs clearance to a delivery at the assembly line or at the POS.

All of our productions have ISO, Oeko-Tex, Nordic Swan Ecolabel and C2C certifications. On request, we can make our products climate-neutral through ClimatePartner GmbH.
Environmental and climate protection plays a very important role for us. We are also aware of our social responsibility and act accordingly. The responsible treatment of people and the environment applies not only to our companies but also, of course, to our carefully selected suppliers worldwide.
Our products are manufactured in a largely fully automated process in compliance with the highest social standards. In the finishing of our articles, we only use chemicals in accordance with the REACH criteria. The manufacturing process is also subject to the strictest QA conditions. Continuity and quality assurance of our products especially for NOS articles is guaranteed.
Our products are climate neutral and certified with Hohenstein : Oeko tex, Nordic Ecolabelling as well as the seal cradle to cradle. For the packaging of our products, we naturally comply with the standards of the FSC.
